We want you to love your Golden Goose slippers. If you're not completely satisfied, we make returns and exchanges easy.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached and in original packaging.
We provide free return shipping labels for all domestic returns within the United States. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) required
- Items must be free from odors, stains, or signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items worn outdoors or showing signs of wear
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Customized or personalized items
- Items purchased with promotional discount codes over 50% off
- Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
How to Return
Starting a return is simple:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label
- Package your items securely and attach the return label
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the items within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-10 business days)
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchange processing follows the same timeline as returns, and we'll ship your new item once we receive the original.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective items:
- Contact us immediately upon receipt
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We'll arrange immediate replacement or full refund
- No need to return damaged items unless requested
- We cover all shipping costs for damaged/defective returns
International Returns
For international customers:
- Same 30-day return policy applies
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be declared at original purchase value
- Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
- We recommend using trackable shipping methods
Gift Returns
Items purchased as gifts can be returned for store credit if the original purchaser cannot be identified. Gift recipients will need to provide the gift receipt or order confirmation forwarded by the purchaser.
